# Redeem customer's credit

1.  With the "MDware (Invoices/Loyalty)" button in the sales screen you are able to to make a redeem action (this means the earned loyalty amount will be used to discount the sale).

2\. In the MDware Sale Cockpit you can now choose if you want to redeem loyalty points, and if so, how many.

**Attention!**  
_There are a few restrictions in order._

-   You will never be able to redeem more than the customer saved up loyalty amount.
    
-   You can (or have already) set up a threshold under which you cannot redeem loyalty.  
    
-   This threshold will be respected.
    
-   You are never able to redeem more than the total amount of the sale.
