Mdware Loyalty takes into account every sale done in Retail. Thus also your Omnichannel.

In case you don't wish to include your Ecommerce sales in the loyalty program you can turn this off in the "Settings" tab.

In the Loyalty Settings located at the bottom of the page you will find the setting to change this
