The e-mail address that is used to send the mail from MDware comes from Lightspeed, so we will adjust this in Lightspeed.

  1. Log in to your Lightspeed Retail account via https://cloud.merchantos.com. 
  2. Go to "Settings" > "Configuration of your store" via the menu.
  3. Select the location of your store.
  4. For other you will find "E-mail address", change your e-mail address and click on "Save changes" in the top left corner

5. In the future, your mails will be sent from your entered email address.
