My orders are not syncing to Lightspeed
You can easily identify that by looking at the status of your orders: if the status stays on "Paid" instead of "Synced" something is not going well. Some of the reasons:
An item in the order does not exist anymore in Lightspeed
Make sure you sync your menu (deleted items) or (only if you completely changed your menu) refresh the items.
A table in Lightspeed does not exist anymore in Lightspeed
Make sure to refresh the tables via Settings > Tables and then "Refresh Tables" whenever you changed tables, added or especially removed tables.
A table in Lightspeed has an incorrect table type
For Table Ordering, only use the "restaurant" type. Not "bar" or other types, they are not supported.
